Payments are securely handled via Stripe, eway, PayPal, Windcave or Afterpay or PayPal for a smooth checkout experience.
Pricing and Currency
Prices on the supplemeNZ website may be displayed in your local currency for convenience based on your location. Product pricing may vary between regions due to market conditions, currency differences and distribution costs.
The final price applicable to your order will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping
We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders over $130.00
Shipping costs for orders below $130
New Zealand: $7.00
Australia: $12.00 Standard or $40.00 DHL
Rest of World: $18.00 Standard or $55.00 DHL
Tracking is provided whenever it is supported by the local postal service. In some countries this is not included in standard delivery. If you would like to check whether tracking is available for your destination, please feel free to reach out to us.
Delivery Times
New Zealand deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days (please allow an additional day for rural delivery).
International orders typically arrive within 10 to 14 working days, depending on the destination and local postal services, with DHL service, depending on the destination, 2-5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal or courier service and is outside of our direct control. In the unlikely event of a delay or issue, we recommend contacting your local postal provider using the tracking number supplied.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your tracking details and we will gladly assist in resolving the matter.
